Dr. Frank Schwartz, Associate Professor of Endocrinology and Director of the Appalachian Rural Health Institute Diabetes Center at Ohio University talks about discrimination against diabetes patients and the failings of the U.S. health care system. He thinks the solution would be a two tier system such as in Germany.
