Not All Fats Are Equal -- Dr. Darlene Berryman on the Causes of the Obesity Epidemic and New Research Paths

In her lab Dr. Darlene Berryman, associate professor for food, nutrition and hospitality at Ohio University, found that obese mice lived longer than normal sized mice. She says obesity research has been going new paths. The old formula of obese is bad and lean is good might not hold true anymore. Not all fats are created equal.
